Exciting progress continues across Wedge Rd, with multiple stages advancing through key construction milestones and the first homes now taking shape within the community. As we move closer to delivering future lots to purchasers, it’s rewarding to see the vision for Wedge Rd. becoming a reality.

Stage 4 – Community Taking Shape

A significant milestone has been reached in Stage 4, with titles issued earlier in the year and residents beginning the next chapter of their homebuilding journey.

• It’s fantastic to see homes now under construction throughout the stage, bringing new energy and activity to the community. As slabs are poured and frames begin to rise, Wedge Rd. is steadily transforming from a vision into a thriving neighbourhood that families will call home.

Stage 7 Progress Update

Construction activity in Stage 7 continues to advance on schedule, with several major milestones now complete.

• Bulk earthworks and sewer infrastructure works have been completed, providing the foundation for the next phase of development.
• Road boxing and ground stabilisation works are currently underway, an important step in preparing the internal road network and essential services that will support the future neighbourhood.

With works progressing well and construction remaining on programme, Stage 7 is on track for title registration between October and December 2026.

Stage 8 Progress Update

Strong momentum is also being maintained in Stage 8, where early civil works have now been completed.

• Site clean-up activities and bulk earthworks are complete, preparing the stage for the next phase of infrastructure delivery.
• Road boxing and stabilisation works are scheduled to commence shortly, marking the beginning of the next stage of civil construction as roads and services continue to be established throughout the precinct.

The project remains on schedule, with Stage 8 on track for title registration between January and March2027.
