Wedge Rd. Skye construction continues to progress.

Titles are forecast for late Q1 2025*.

October 2024:

• Construction works are now complete.
• We continue to work through authority inspections and final compliance.
• Title forecast: Q1 2025.

September 2024:

• Authority compliance inspections are underway.
• Title forecast: Q1 2025.

August 2024:

• Overhead powerline removal has been completed with final excavation works commencing.
• Final preparations are underway in anticipation of authority compliance inspections.

July 2024:

• All services are completed with final works commencing lot trimming
• Works to remove electrical infrastructure are planned for early August.
