July 2024:
- Landscape Construction is underway with completion expected late July 2024.
June 2024:
- Road pavement, line marking, and signage is now complete.
- Landscaping is set to commence in the coming weeks.
- All relevant authority inspections and audits have been completed. We expect all relevant authorities to provide formal confirmation of compliance in the coming weeks.
May 2024:
- Footpaths and driveways are now complete.
- Finishing touches are underway for nature strips and lot trimmings.
- Compliance inspections and audits are scheduled to commence at the end of May.
April 2024:
- Construction of underground electrical and communication services are complete with final checks underway.
- Preparation for footpath installation is underway.
- Street light installation is now complete.
March 2024:
- Road paving is progressing well throughout the stage, with preparation for electrical and communication service installation underway.
- Retaining Wall construction is now complete with earthworks nearing completion.
- As a result, our open space Reserves and individual lots are taking shape.
February 2024:
- Road paving has commenced, with the first layer of asphalt laid last week.
- Concrete kerbing is complete and retaining wall construction is nearing completion.
December 2023:
- Excavation and service installations are ongoing
- Drainage installation is now complete
- Water services and bulk earthworks are both also approaching completion
November 2023:
- Excavation and service installations are now underway.
- Retaining wall footing are currently being prepared to make way for stone retaining wall installations.
- Once excavation has been completed, the site will begin to take shape and the roadside kerbs will start to be laid.
October 2023:
Sewer and drainage works have now been completed. Road and kerb preparation is approaching completion. Following this, the concreting of the kerbs will be able to begin. Preliminary works are now underway for the retaining walls.
September 2023:
Sewer and drainage are nearing completion. Electrical and communication are underway as well as preparation for road works. Once preparation for road works and kerbing are finalised, road sealing and underground services will commence.
August 2023:
- Sewer and drainage works are underway.
