Construction Updates

Stage 1

December 2023:

• Practical Completion (PC) for the civil works in Stage 1 has been achieved (check out the latest timelapse video HERE to see the stage has come together)
• Authority Compliances have been received

Landscaping works are continuing onsite, with planting to occur early in the new year
The project team is working through consolidation of the required documentation to be reviewed by Council before Statement of Compliance and Titles can be issued. Titles are anticipated for this stage in February 2024.

We have now begun sending information to our Stage 1 purchasers regarding settlement preparations, so please let us know if you have not received those updates.

November 2023:

• Practical Completion (PC) for the civil works in Stage 1 is anticipated shortly.
• Compliance audits, required to achieve Statement of Compliance, are now underway.
• Landscaping works have now commenced, including vegetation improvements along Wedge Rd.

October 2023:

The roads and civil works in Stage 1 are now complete. Landscaping works, including planting of mature trees, will begin before the end of the year. We will be in touch shortly with more information regarding the steps to settlement.

September 2023:

Concrete paths and road kerbing is nearing completion. Road works are underway and are expected to be finalised in the coming weeks. Once road works are finalised, landscaping will shortly commence alongside power grid connections and final lot trimming.

August 2023:

Concrete path and road kerbs installation is underway.
